FLIP Antibody has been tested for use in ELISA, western blotting, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.  HeLa whole cell lysate can be used as a positive control in western blotting, and a band at approximately 55 kDa is expected. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.

Anti-FLIP antibody is ideal for investigators involved in Apoptosis, Cytokines and Growth factor research.
